1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to C1 Staffing’s web application (the "Site"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, which is owned and operated by C1 Staffing and its affiliates. By accessing, browsing, and using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and should immediately discontinue use.

C1 Staffing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of updates. Continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.

2. Services Provided

The Site is intended to facilitate job placements and workforce management by providing users with access to:

  • Job listings posted by C1 Staffing and its affiliated companies.

  • A portal for job seekers to register, apply for jobs, manage their profiles, view job-related documents, monitor shift schedules, and manage payments.

  • Tools for workers to communicate with their employer or supervisor, and for employers to manage and review job applications, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce activities.

C1 Staffing and its affiliated companies can post jobs for various roles. The Site does not function as an employment agency, and all job offers and engagements are made at the sole discretion of C1 Staffing and/or its affiliates.

3. Eligibility

The Site is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the relevant jurisdiction. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older.

  • You have provided accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and will maintain the accuracy of such information.

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

C1 Staffing reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent, or if the user violates any terms of this agreement.

4. User Registration and Account Security

To use certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account. During the registration process, you will select login credentials, including a username and password. You agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Not share your account information with others or allow unauthorized access.

  • Notify C1 Staffing immediately of any suspected unauthorized use or breach of security.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. C1 Staffing is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

5. Job Listings and Applications

C1 Staffing and/or its affiliates post job listings on the Site. These listings are subject to the following terms:

  • C1 Staffing and/or our affiliates reserve the right to modify or remove any job listing without prior notice.

  • Job seekers may submit applications for posted positions. Submission of an application does not guarantee employment.

  • All applications are subject to review and acceptance by C1 Staffing and/or our affiliates. C1 Staffing makes no representation or warranty regarding the availability of jobs or the outcome of any application process.

Job seekers are solely responsible for ensuring that their profiles, resumes, and applications are accurate, truthful, and up to date. Misrepresentation or fraudulent information may result in suspension or termination of access to the Site.

6. Payments and Compensation

The Site offers tools for workers to manage shifts, track hours, and view payment details. Payments for workers are governed by separate employment agreements between the worker and C1 Staffing and/or its affiliates. The following terms apply:

  • Payments will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the worker’s employment contract. This includes, but is not limited to, pay rates, pay schedules, overtime policies, and deductions.

  • Workers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shift and payment records. Any discrepancies should be reported immediately to C1 Staffing’s payroll department.

  • The Site provides functionality to view payment-related information, but does not alter any existing terms of employment agreements or policies regarding compensation.

C1 Staffing is not responsible for any delays, inaccuracies, or errors in payment processing arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

7. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

By using the Site, you agree to abide by the following rules:

  • You will use the Site solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • You will not use the Site to post or distribute any offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content, nor engage in any activities that could cause harm to others or violate their rights.

  • You will not attempt to interfere with the functioning of the Site, including hacking, distributing malware, or engaging in any other disruptive activities.

  • You will not impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim an affiliation with any organization.

Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account, at the sole discretion of C1 Staffing.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal and lawful purposes only.

You may not:

  • Modify, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without prior written permission from C1 Staffing.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software provided on the Site.

10. Termination and Suspension of Accounts

C1 Staffing reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms.

  • Violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Misuse or abuse of Site features or functionalities.

Termination may occur without prior notice, and C1 Staffing shall have no liability for any resulting loss of data, content, or access.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services provided through it are offered "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, whether express or implied. C1 Staffing makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Site’s content or the availability of any jobs or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C1 Staffing disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C1 Staffing shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

This limitation of liability applies even if C1 Staffing has been advised of the possibility of such damages and applies to any claims arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Site.

  • Employment decisions based on information obtained from the Site.

  • Errors, interruptions, or delays in the Site’s functionality.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless C1 Staffing, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your:

  • Use of the Site.

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

14. Changes to Terms

C1 Staffing reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site and will become effective immediately. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of the Site or these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration by the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless otherwise prohibited by law.
